Greetings, good news for the captives.  Although inspections will not be a part of our spring meetings we are looking forward to our stated meetings.  I would like to perform a full form opening.  April hopefully.  March discussion of two positions which opened because we lost Bill Cavender and Bob Hineman.  Come on out if you are able.  No refreshments will be allowed yet.
