Greetings Masonic Family and Friends!
Well, hello there, welcome back, and happy New Year!  We hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas and your coming New Year will be filled with safe travels, good health, and wonderful memories!

The lovely ladies of Bethel #49 would once again like to express their sincere appreciation for everyone who helped with our annual fruit basket sales!  Whether you purchased a fruit basket, spread the word about the sale, or just made a donation, the girls really appreciated it!  A special giant THANK YOU goes out to our very own Norma Brink!  Norma, once again, spear-headed this project and made sure everything ran smoothly!  This labor of love guaranteed another successful and worry-free fundraiser for us!

Speaking of successful events, did you attend the Yule Ball held at the Warren Masonic Temple last month?  If not, then you missed out on a great time!  This dance party gathering, sponsored by our Honored Queen, Courtney W., found in attendance over 50 Rainbow, DeMolay, Job’s Daughters, adults, and a few folks interested in joining our Masonic families and helped to raise not only $325 towards the H.I.K.E. fund, but also a big heaping pile of donated toys, food, and other items for the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County!  Wow!  Congratulations to Courtney on your thinking-out-of-the-box project to help not only the children with hearing disabilities to assist in purchasing hearing devices, but also helping with much needed items to our many furry friends on their journey’s to finding “fur-ever” homes!  Outstanding!

Oh, one last thing…very important….please mark on your calendars our upcoming Semi-Annual Installation of Officers that will be held on Sunday, January 8th, 2023 at 3:00 pm. The lovely ladies would love to see you in attendance and filling those sideline in support!  Do you have an amazing young lady in your life that might benefit from our organization?  All Job’s Daughters requires is a young lady between the ages of 10 and 20 that is sponsored by a Mason.  Help us build your future by starting with the present and sponsor a young lady for membership!  It’s not too late to sign a petition!  Not quite sure she will like Job’s Daughters?  Not a problem!  We have many activities where she can attend and meet the members and ask questions!  We even have a Job’s Daughters-To-Be program (run by none other than Norma Brink herself) for just such a special young lady!  Don’t miss out on this great opportunity for your youth!

For those of you not familiar with Job’s Daughters, we are a positive faith-based organization for girls between the ages of 10 and 20 that provides leadership, builds self-confidence, and allows girls to make lifelong friendships.  For the month of January, we will be having our stated meeting on Sunday the 15th.  We welcome all Masons and members of any Masonic affiliated groups to attend our meetings!  We also have a Jobie-2-Be program for any girl aged 7 to 9 or any other age that is interested in learning more about Job’s Daughters.  For a full list of what we do each month, please contact our Bethel Guardian, Angela Maselli (330) 612-3092, for more information, a petition, or access to our meetings via ZOOM!
Sincerely,
Daughters and Adults of Bethel #49
