Greetings Sir Knights,
Inspections, Inspections, Inspections! Here we are already deep into the Inspection season. I’ve been to all three Inspections so far and I’m proud to say that Warren Commandry has been well represented at every one of them even with many of our Sir Knights inspecting other Commandries. As you know, our Inspection is less than two weeks away and I am expecting to see a lot of visiting Knights but what I would really like to see is a real good showing of our own Sir Knights. Let’s show these visitors how Warren Commandry supports Knights Templary, our Commandry and our Grand Commander. If you are planning to attend the dinner, please let me know so I can order the correct number of meals. We will be having a meatloaf dinner with mash potatoes, gravy, glazed carrots, and salad for $15.00. The Pre- Chamber lecture will start at 1:30 pm and the OoT will begin at 2 pm sharp. We will also be doing the OoT the Friday night before our inspection at our stated conclave and could use some help with the Triangle Guard.
The other topic I would like to mention at this time is the Easter sunrise service in Alexandria, Virginia. Our Grand Commander has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites in Old Town Alexandria. The hotel is located at 1900 Diagonal Rd. Alexandria, Va. 22314 and is only a couple of minutes from the George Washington Masonic Memorial. A 2 room with 1 king bed is $149 and 2 rooms with 2 double beds is $169/night with a few other perks thrown in. This is a great opportunity to support Commandry and to have some fun with your fellow Sir Knights and their Ladies. You can contact me for full details.
