Hello Brothers and Sisters!
This year, time has flown! Here it is June already and we are finally able to have a normal meeting just in time for Elections! I hope to see everyone there.
Our stated meeting is on Monday, June 7th, please come in casual dress. Let’s make this as comfortable as possible. I know it will be a long one since it is our annual meeting.
Since things are being eased, we’re going to have a Past Matrons / Past Patrons Dinner on Friday, June 25th at 6:00 P.M. We will try for our normal meeting place, Perkins on Rt 46.
In June, there are a few things going on:
The AOC District Meeting is Saturday, June 12, 2021. This is the annual meeting where we will elect and install the 2022 officers. The meeting will be held at the Ravenna Masonic Lodge, starting at 10:00 AM with the Chapter Officers meeting. They are having lunch; the cost is $4.00. Please let me or Ruth know if you would like to attend.
The AOC District Party is Sunday, June 13, 2021. Registration is at 4:30 pm. This will be held at the Stow Youth Baseball Party Center in Stow, OH. I hope you made your reservations. They were due May 28th.
District Charities and Grand Chapter Service Dog Committee are having a Walk-a-Thon on June 26, 2021, This is being held at Argus Park Lodge/Miriam Chapter, 11:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M. There will be a boxed lunch available for purchase. All proceeds will be equally shared by both Grand Chapter Committees. Come on out and show your support!
Please remember that District 2 GO Committee is selling pepperoni rolls. They need to be purchased in 6 packs for $12.00. The money due will be on June 13 at the District Party with the Delivery date being June 26th at the Charites Walk. If you have any questions or would like to order, please let me know.
