Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
With Labor Day just around the corner, it is fitting because once again it’s time to resume our labors and fulfill our duties by coming together to open our Chapter. The Worthy Patron and I hope you all had a fun filled and wonderful summer, because we have.
Our next meeting will be on September 16th. We will hold a Memorial ceremony in honor of Morning Light members who have gone with our Lord this past year. We will forever hold their memories in our hearts and they will go on through us.
September 7th – District Meeting at Falls Chapter. 10 a.m. groups, 11 a.m. AOC
September 15th – Billow Chapter is holding a reception honoring Charlene Donner GR Iowa at 3 p.m.
September 16th – Morning Light Stated Meeting at 7:30 p.m. with refreshments at 6 p.m. in Burton Hall provided by Doris and Chris Zimmerman.
September 20th – Falls Chapter to hold WGM/WGP Visitation/Reception honoring Grand Sentinel William “Bill” Murphy at 7:30 p.m.
September 21st – Pleiades #298 to hold WGM/WGP Visitation/Reception honoring Grand Warder Debby Pitts at 7:30 p.m.
September 27th-29th – Grand Chapter at Kalahari Resorts and Conference Center.
