OPAL CHAPTER’S NOVEMBER NEWS With thoughts that it will soon be time for turkey and all the Thanksgiving goodies,  we take time for our November 13th at 2:00 pm Installation of 2022 Officers.  Our new Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron will be Shirley and Thomas Eckley. OPAL FOR OCTOBER Opal Chapter #181 is pleased to announce 2 new members:  Ghislaine Martin and Leea Coryea.  Eunice Zimmit and Carla Kahler received their 60-year pins.  We have resumed  having dinner at 6:30 pm before the meeting. SEPTEMBER NEWS A summer rainstorm didn’t put a damper on the enjoyment of our ANNUAL OPAL PICNIC  at the CORTLAND CONSERVATION CLUB on August 12th.  We enjoyed Diana Martin’s provocative guessing games enhanced with her patriotic decorating theme. Seventeen Opal Chapter members enjoyed their traditional pre-meeting dinner this time prepared by Rachel Ann Tupper.
