Welcome to the first on-line article for the Warren Trestleboard! I am very excited about moving to this new format because we will now be able to post articles all year (should the need arise) and we will be able to include pictures, audio, and video files directly in the articles! Welcome to the 21st Century, Brothers!
I would like to thank all of the Brothers that have helped put together some of our past service projects and events, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, our Lodge Christmas party, hosting the 25th District’s Past Master’s Convocation and our annual Awards Night – where I had the honor of presenting service awards to Brothers for their years of service Freemasonry . I would also like to thank my Brothers and Sisters from Morning Light, Order of Eastern Star for my Installation dinner, and all of the Brothers on my Installation Team, and all of the Brothers that are serving with me this year.
So, welcome to 2019! We have already begun practice for our Inspection that is scheduled for March 12th at 7:00 p.m. in the EA Degree. We will also be conferring the Degree on February 12th at 7:00 p.m. We do hope you are able to attend and support your Officers.
This month we begin the Family Dinner Club. We are planning on meeting at Vasilios Restaurant on Thursday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. This is family gathering so please, bring your family for a fun evening out. Also, this month, on the 29th, WB Michael Weaver is being installed at the 25th District Blue Lodge Association’s President. This is being held at the Warren Masonic Temple and Old Erie Lodge is preparing and serving the meal. Meal begins at 6:00 p.m. so any Brethren that are available, please come out early to help.
Our next regular Stated Meeting is February 5th at 7:30 p.m. Hope to see you then!
