Greetings Masonic Family and Friends!
Wow.  Just….wow.  Did you happen to catch our Official Visitation with our sister Bethel #35 on Sunday, November 3rd, 2019 at the Warren Masonic Temple?  You didn’t?!  You missed a phenomenal event!  The ladies were spot on with their ritualistic work and we all couldn’t be prouder of them!  They definitely set the bar pretty high with this occasion!  Well, since you weren’t able to attend, you know who did?  The Grand Guardian and Associate Grand Guardian, not to mention the Grand Bethel Honored Queen and the Ohio Miss Job’s Daughter/Ohio Miss Congeniality.  Yup.  We would definitely say you missed an awesome event.  Now, we can’t exactly guarantee that Grand list at our next event, but we can guarantee a great time.  So, please mark on your calendars, Sunday, January 5th, 2020 at 3:00pm for our Semi-Annual Open Installation of Officers!  We hope to see you there!

Just a reminder that we are in the final stretch of Bethel #49’s biggest fundraiser!  Fruit basket sales!  Fruit baskets make excellent Christmas gifts for that hard-to-buy-for person and includes sizes small ($13.00), medium ($18.00), and large ($25.00).  Each basket is filled with apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, grapefruit, and candy and will be made Friday, December 20th, 2019 and ready for pick-up after 7:00 pm.  Orders are due no later than December 8th, 2019, so please see a member for more details or to place an order!

Ever wonder what else Bethel #49 does in their spare time?  Well, wonder no more!  We are currently in the middle of our second of three community service projects.  This term the girls decided to focus on our military men and women.  They have already given a monetary donation to Disabled American Veterans of Ohio and have collected suggested food items for low-income enlisted men and women and their families of the 910th Airlift Wing located in Vienna, Ohio, so that they may all have a very happy Thanksgiving!  Coming up in December the lovely ladies will be collecting new toys to donate to the Marine Toys for Tots program.  If you are interested in adding to our collection, please drop off a new unwrapped toy to one of our members by December 15th and they’ll make sure it gets to where it needs to go!

For those of you not familiar with Job’s Daughters, we are a positive faith-based organization for girls between the ages of 10 and 20 that provides leadership, builds self-confidence, and allows girls to make lifelong friendships.  For the month of December, we will be having our stated meeting on Sunday the 1st at 3:00 pm.  We welcome all Masons and members of any Masonic affiliated groups to attend our meetings!  We also have a Jobie-2-Be program for any girl age 7 to 9 or any other age that is interested in learning more about Job’s Daughters.  For a full list of what we do each month please check out our Bethel calendar located on the second-floor bulletin board of the Warren Masonic Temple or just contact our Bethel Guardian, Angela Maselli, for more information or a petition!
Sincerely,
Daughters and Adults of Bethel #49
