THE MARCH STATED MEETING will feature Dennis Watkins, Trumbull County Prosecutor as our guest speaker.  He will also have a question and answer period.

SUPREME COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS are now available in the Scottish Rite officeThe rules have been changed at Supreme Council so that the Supreme Council Abbott Scholarships are now available to any child or grandchild of a Scottish Rite member.  We will still give at least one Hubert E. White Valley scholarship as well.  The number of scholarships from Supreme Council are directly related to the amount given by our members to the Blue Envelope Appeal.  In the last 5 years we have received approximately $2,000 to $2,500 dollars each year which we use to give scholarships to children of our members.  Last year we only received $2,250.  The more we give, the more we get back.  We would also like to increase the number of Hubert E. White Scholarships from 1 to 2 but we need to build that fund up from it’s current $14,000 to closer to $20,000 to ensure its continued existence.  Please consider giving to this fund as well.

2019 SPRING REUNION MARCH 15 & 16:  This reunion is named for Ill. Randal E. APRIL’S STATED MEETING will be our annual Election of Officers.  Come out and support your officers that have worked hard all year for your Scottish Rite.

SECOND DUES NOTICES HAVE BEEN MAILED.  Remember that paper dues cards are no longer sent with your notice.  Several years ago, Supreme Council sent every member a plastic, permanent dues card.  This is the only dues card you will receive.  Contact the office if you don’t remember getting it or have lost track of it.  It is gray/purple and looks a lot like a credit card.
