Greetings Masonic Family and Friends!
What a hot summer! Have you all found ways to stay cool? We’d like to say we have, but we’re moving and grooving too much to cool off! Did you happen to catch a glimpse of our lovely ladies in July in the Newton Falls Parade or Grand Session or Supreme Session in Arizona? It was something to see all right! Wonder what other fun events we are up to for the month of August? Read on:
– Sunday, August 10: Fun Event: 1:30 pm at Jaime’s house (407 Elvina Street, Leavittsburg, Ohio). They have rented a big water slide for a fun filled party day! Please let Renee know if you are coming!
– Thursday, August 14: We will be joining our sisters from Bethel #35 at the Liberty Masonic Complex at the annual Youth Night event for Progress Court, #22 Order of the Amaranth to share with their members what we are about.
– Saturday, August 16: Job-A-Rama/Supreme Visit at Wright Patterson Air Force Museum!
Whew! Hope that isn’t too much for you right before school starts! Does this sound like something you want to get in on? Do you think that special young lady in your life would have a blast with our Bethel? We hope so! Please join us for one of our many events! For more information, please contact our soon-to-be Bethel Guardian, Renee Wilcox (330) 240-2164! Just in case you aren’t familiar with us, Job’s Daughters’ mission is to create confident young women, respecting tradition, and shaping the future. Our members learn invaluable skills that increase their confidence and prepare them to lead. We don’t meet in August, but for the month of September, we will be having our stated meetings on Sunday the 7th and Sunday the 21st at 3:00 pm. We welcome all Masons and members of any Masonic affiliated groups to attend our meetings! We also have a Jobie-2-Be program for any girl age 7 to 9 or any other age that is interested in learning more about Job’s Daughters.
Sincerely,
Daughters and Adults of Bethel #49
