Did you attend our annual Ohio Miss Job’s Daughters Pageant that was Saturday, April 27th, 2019 at the Lakewood Masonic Temple? You didn’t?! *gasp* Then you missed an AWESOME night! Three of our very own 49ers participated in Pageant and did a wonderful job! I don’t know how they did it, but they sparkled and shined and made us all so proud! Thank you again to all of the Lodge’s, Masonic organizations, and individuals for your financial support to help make this, “Through the Looking Glass” Pageant such a memorable event!
So, you didn’t have a chance to attend our annual Pageant. Well, we understand. Sometimes schedules are a little hectic and everyone has other commitments and is just busy living life. But, don’t worry, because we have a few more chances for you to come and visit with our lovely ladies of #49. Please mark on your calendar our Official Visitation (aka: Inspection) on Sunday, May 5th at 2:00 pm. We will be taking our OV on the road and traveling to the North Canton Masonic Temple (805 Orchard Avenue NE, North Canton, Ohio 44720) to perform this beautiful ceremony with our sister Bethel. This important meeting is open to all Masons and women with proper Masonic relationship. The girls work hard all term on their parts and would love to share them with you. Help us build your future by starting with the present and sponsor a young lady for membership! Not up to traveling that far? Not a problem! A little closer to home will be our Semi-Annual Open Installation of Officers at the Warren Masonic Temple on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 at 3:00 pm! We hope to see you here! Not going to make it? Oh boy! You are busy! Well, how about June 20th – 22nd for our annual Grand Session at Quail Hollow Resort and Conference Center in Painesville? We’ll be there….will you??
For those of you not familiar with Job’s Daughters, we are a positive faith-based organization for girls between the ages of 10 and 20 that provides leadership, builds self-confidence, and allows girls to make lifelong friendships. For the month of May, we will be having our stated meeting on Sunday the 19th at 3:00 pm. We welcome all Masons and members of any Masonic affiliated groups to attend our meetings! We also have a Jobie-2-Be program for any girl age 7 to 9 or any other age that is interested in learning more about Job’s Daughters.
